Hematol J 2004;5(1):81-3

Autoimmune disorders are frequent in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Some drugs such as fludarabine may increase the risk of these phenomena and may even be fatal. The management of autoimmune disorders is not standard and corticosteroid is the most frequently used drug in these situations.
